Technology can get complicated. Especially when you’re Optimum, a cable company with a vast array of features to explain.

So to simplify it all, we created the Department of Simple: an elite problem-solving unit inside the company, filled with the best and brightest—and Marvin. (You’ll see.)

We also helped redesign the tutorials section of Optimum's website as a Department of Simple page. We added :05 introductions to each tutorial video, stamping them with the Dept. of Simple's seal of approval.
